Apple has just announced its latest phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is three upgrades to familiar models and also the all-new iPhone Air, that is replacing the Plus. The iPhone 17 features a new design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and thinner borders. And after a long wait (and a fair bit of grumbling), the base iPhone finally has a a 120Hz refresh rate.
Inside, the new A19 chip is faster and more energy-efficient, particularly when combined with Apple Intelligence. If you're upgrading from an older iPhone, you will see a huge bump in speed and improved gameplay thanks to ProMotion.
